We collect registration and account details such as email address and securely stored password hashes; website domains, keywords, locations, ranking results, and report history; wallet transactions and payment references; and technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and security or error logs.
How we use information
We use this information to register and verify accounts, provide ranking checks and reports, maintain historical results, manage prepaid credits and payments, respond to support requests, detect duplicate trials and abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Cookies and security checks
Essential cookies support login sessions and security. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to help prevent automated registrations. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working. If optional advertising or analytics technologies are added, this policy and any legally required consent choices will be updated.
Email and payments
We use transactional email providers, including SendGrid, for account verification, password resets, and service messages. Payments may be processed through PayPal. We may retain transaction amounts, status, and references, but do not need to store complete payment-card details to operate the wallet.
Google Search Console data
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, SEO Snake accesses information within the permissions you grant to display or analyze your website’s search performance. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. You may revoke authorization in your Google account; revocation can disable connected features. Token storage, access scopes, and deletion behavior must be verified against the deployed application before launch.
SEO reports and third-party providers
Domains, keywords, and reporting settings may be shared with SEO data providers to fulfill requested checks. Other providers may support hosting, payments, email, and security. They receive information only as needed for their functions, subject to applicable agreements and their own privacy notices.
Storage and retention
Account information and report history may be retained while your account remains active and as needed to operate the service. Transaction records and security logs may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or exercise other privacy rights. Contact support@seosnake.net. We may verify your identity and retain records where legally required. You can separately revoke connected Google permissions through your Google account.
Data protection and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in other countries; applicable international transfer protections will be used where required.
Children and external sites
SEO Snake is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information. External websites and providers have their own privacy practices.
