These terms govern your use of SEO Snake at https://seosnake.net. By registering or using the service, you agree to them. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

Our service
SEO Snake provides on-demand search engine optimization research and reporting, including keyword ranking checks, website information, optional integrations, and downloadable reports. Features and supported data sources may change over time.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, use a valid email address, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account except to the extent caused by our failure to take reasonable care. We may restrict access to protect users or address fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Complimentary report
Eligible email-verified accounts may claim one free report, with up to five keywords and four Google checks per keyword. The offer is limited to one report per account and one trial per website domain, including its subdomains. Unused keywords do not carry forward. Free trials exclude optional paid features such as ChatGPT checks. Attempts to obtain duplicate trials may be blocked.
Pricing and wallet credits
Paid reports use prepaid wallet credit. The applicable charge is displayed before you submit a report; you authorize the deduction when you confirm it. Pricing changes apply only to future submissions. Wallet balances are service credits, not deposits or interest-bearing accounts, and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.
Payments, failed reports and refunds
Payments may be handled by independent providers, including PayPal. If a report fails to complete, charges for unsuccessful checks will be released or credited back according to the billing logic applicable to that report. Contact support@seosnake.net if a charge appears incorrect. Requests for refunds of unused wallet credit are subject to applicable law and the refund policy in force when purchased; the final policy must be confirmed before launch.
Ranking data and limitations
Search results change frequently and may vary by location, device, timing, search configuration, and other factors. SEO Snake reports are informational and do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, revenue, or business outcome. Third-party data and AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Google Search Console and other services
If you connect Google Search Console, you authorize access within the permissions you grant. You can revoke that access through your Google account. Third-party services, including data providers, email delivery, security verification, and payment processors, may affect feature availability. SEO Snake is independent of Google and is not endorsed by it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent limits, abuse free trials, submit fraudulent payments, or use the service unlawfully. Only connect accounts and website properties you are authorized to access.
Ownership and use of reports
SEO Snake retains rights in its software, branding, artwork, and original website content. You retain rights in information you submit. You may download and share reports for your own use or with clients you are authorized to represent. You may not reproduce or resell our software or proprietary content except as allowed by law or with permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or expected ranking improvements. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these Terms as the service changes and will publish a revised date. Material changes will be notified where required by law.
